The set includes offset right and left-hand tools with chip breaker, straight and chip breaker style threading tools, parting tool with chip breaker, boring tool, and two turning tools.
HSS (high-speed steel) has been heat treated for hardness and wear resistance, which keeps a sharp edge longer than other carbon steels.
