The Graco RoadLazer RoadPak System, with its modular design, offers the user-friendliness of a walk-behind striper while delivering production speeds typically seen in Long Line trucks.
Option 10 is a truck-mounted, 2-color system that includes a 2-pump RoadPak Pump System, a 1,350-pound Bead Tank, a 2-Gun Arm, RoadView HD Camera System, Advanced Controller, and Simple Guide System.
FEATURES
The RoadPak 2-Pump System is engineered for high-performance striping with a heavy-duty design, optimized for productivity and precision. It includes the following features:
Heavy-Duty RPS 2900 Hydraulic System: This system operates with a no-stall design, delivering consistent and reliable performance with a maximum pressure of 200 bar. The proven displacement pump ensures efficient paint delivery and long-term durability.
Prime Valve: Keeps the paint mixed and ready by allowing it to be recirculated, ensuring consistent quality during operation.
Bead Tank System: ASME-rated for safety, this tank can dispense material at a rate of up to 18 kg per minute. The large fill spout makes loading materials easier and faster.
RoadPak 2-Pump/2-Gun Arm: Quick set-up with high output. The system can support up to 3 guns and comes with tool-free gun adjustments for efficient operation.
Advanced Controller: Reduces setup time with built-in advanced patterns that can be quickly recalled. The pattern preview gives a visual representation of selected colors and patterns, and export capabilities enable proof of completed jobs.
Heavy-Duty Modular Frame System: Constructed from durable steel, this frame is built to withstand demanding environments. It’s easy to add additional options, allowing you to customize your striping system in minutes. Its compact size fits into various vehicles, from pickups to flatbeds.
RoadView HD Camera System: This system includes an in-cab HD display to give operators a clear view behind the paint and bead guns, enabling precise alignment with existing stripes. The system offers variable camera views (6mm & 16mm) to suit different needs.
Heavy-Duty Compressor: Capable of operating at 100 psi (6.9 bar) with 13.1 cfm (0.37 m³/min) capacity, this compressor supports up to 5 airless paint guns and 5 bead guns.
Kohler® Engine: The 19 HP (14.2 kW) Kohler engine is built for reliability, with over 15 years of proven performance in the field.
