Perform a variety of cleaning tasks with this Advance All Cleaner XP all-purpose cleaner. This powerful cleaner is designed for cleaning hard surfaces in spaces such as restrooms, kitchens, and sports facilities. It includes an automatic chemical system, an indoor pressure washer, and a powerful liquid recovery vacuum all in one convenient machine. The 2-stage vacuum motor offers a water lift of 81" and the blower motor has an airflow of 97 CFM for efficient operation. This unit comes with an assortment of accessories such as squeegees, a scrub brush, a 2-bend wand, and a variable pressure gun to tackle different cleaning tasks. The included spray gun makes it easy to access hard-to-reach spaces and to quickly rinse surfaces.

This compact unit boasts a rounded, ergonomic design to easily maneuver through tight spaces such as hallways and stairwells. It features a powerful 500 PSI pump to increase productivity and to handle tough cleaning projects. It has an open chemical system to allow you to use any 2 chemical bottles such as green-approved formulas and both round or rectangular bottles. This system also controls the dilution rate to ensure proper application every time.

This unit includes a storage space for each of the included accessories, making it easy to transport. It features a 20 gallon solution tank and a 12 gallon recovery tank to operate with less frequent refills and dumping. The large recovery lid makes it easy to clean out the recovery tank, while the recessed drain hose makes it easy to empty into a commode or slop sink. It comes complete with (2) 4" front casters and (2) 10" rear wheels for easy mobility during operation and transport. It requires a 120V electrical connection for operation, and it comes with a 25' power cord.
