The professional quality 1095 blue spring steel blade has shims attached to an adonized aluminum tube handle with a vinyl handle cap for easy hanging. These come in 4 options: 7” (178 mm) or 9” (229 mm) Broad Knife with 14” (356 mm) handle, and 7” (178 mm) or 9” (229 mm) Broad Knife with 28” (711 mm) handle. Replacement blades available (shims included).
