These classically-designed anvils have always had a special place in the shops of blacksmiths, ironworkers, and farriers.
This 11 pound anvil measures 2-5/8" wide x 8-3/8" long x 4-1/2" high.
The horn is the curved piece for hammering curves and measures 3-1/8" long.
The face is where the majority of hammering takes place. It measures 5" L x 2-11/16" W.
Each anvil has built-in slots for secure bench attachment. The slots measure 3/8" wide with 3" width and 3-3/4" length between slots.
Anvils are quickly becoming a mainstay for any craftsman who demands a solid surface for fabricating architectural details, artwork, and other custom metalwork.
