Perfect for flattening or forming a wide range of metals, the brawny cast-iron G7065 24 lb. Anvil is carefully milled and polished to provide exceptionally smooth working surfaces.
These classically-designed anvils have always had a special place in the shops of blacksmiths, ironworkers, and farriers.
This 24 pound anvil measures 4-7/8" wide x 11-1/4" long x 5-1/2" high.
The horn is the curved piece for hammering curves and measures 4-1/2" long.
The face is where the majority of hammering takes place. It measures 3-3/4" x 6-3/4".
Each anvil has built-in slots for secure bench attachment. The slots measure 1/2" wide with 4" width and 4-3/8" length between slots.
Anvils are quickly becoming a mainstay for any craftsman who demands a solid surface for fabricating architectural details, artwork, and other custom metalwork.
