This kit provides DROs (Digital Readouts) to install on the compound slide of the Model G8688 Mini Metal Lathe. The DROs can be toggled between inch and millimeter measurements, they have a display resolution of ±0.0001" or ±0.001mm, and they can be zeroed at any location. Installation requires basic drilling and tapping skills, and it takes approximately 1–2 hours, depending on experience level.
