The modular desiccant air dryers have been specifically designed to provide compressed air pressure dewpoint of -40F. Includes pre-filter and post-filter.
(Rating Conditions: Based on 100F inlet air temperature and 100 PSIG inlet air pressure. Maximum pressure is 150 PSIG)

High temperature refrigerated air dryer cools the compressed air by mechanical refrigeration to 50F pressure dewpoint. Condensed water is removed through an automatic drain valve.
(Rating Conditions: Based on 66C (150F) inlet air temperature and 100 PSIG inlet air pressure, 35C (95F) ambient)

Our dryers feature standard ISO Class 2 dewpoint performance, with optional ISO Class 1 to meet the most stringent requirements. This helps prevent corrosion and minimizes production disruptions or losses due to moisture or contamination. Additionally, the ease of maintenance get these dryers back up quickly. In less than 15 minutes, these dryers can be up and running for another 12,000-hours of use.
