Titan Elite 3000 Sprayer Review & Overview
The Titan Elite 3000 Paint Sprayer is an airless paint sprayer capable of delivering a 0.60 GPM output which allows you to spray with up to a 25 thousands airless tip.
This sprayer is unique in that it allows you to use it in multiple configurations, either a high rider or low rider configuration simply by changing around the sprayer’s setup a bit (see how this works in our video below).
In addition to featuring optional various cart configurations when buying the base model, the sprayer’s design is also different than standard airless paint sprayers. Specifically, the Elite 3000 features no packings but rather relies on a high-pressure diaphragm pump type design which only has two wear parts and hydraulic oil to worry about for maintenance. This makes this sprayer a great option for someone who is tired of repacking sprayers.
One downside that can occur with high pressure diaphragm pumps is that the diaphragm can stick and cause the pump to have issues spraying. The Elite 3000 has a button that allows you to manually fix any sticking whether its due to dry paint or a stuck valve.
The GPM output of the Elite 3000 is similar to a Graco 595 or a Titan 640 but costs about 200 dollars less and offers different configurations. Check out the video below to learn more about the Elite 3000 from servicing the sprayer, to how it performs with cabinet paint, to how the different configurations can be setup.
