Valves, Rings & Seals

• CNC-Machined Disc Valves: These precision surface-ground concentric ring valves seal better and last longer than feather or fixed reed valves. Service is quick: remove the retainer, lift out the valve for inspection and reinstall it within minutes.

• Head Unloader Ready: All valves are engineered to support an automatic head unloader system. Head unloaders relieve the intake valve during operation, which improves cooling and reduces wear in constant-run applications.

• Four-Ring Piston Design: Overlapping rings minimize compression loss and reduce oil carryover. Two oil control rings remove excess oil on the downstroke, and two compression rings prevent blow-by.

• Non-Oil-Absorbent Gaskets: Provide a reliable seal that minimizes oil leakage and reduces maintenance.

Drive System & Tank Features

• Heavy-Duty Cast Iron Flywheel: Each 7.5 HP pump uses a 20" flywheel with two B-style groove belts and nine large cooling fins. The flywheel's added mass reduces amp draw and improves pump cooling.

• Belt Tensioner & Pump Riser: Both are included for easier setup and belt maintenance.
