AR Blue Clean AR630 Cold Water Electric Pressure Washer

AR Blue Clean 630 is the AR Blue Clean cold water high pressure washer designed for professional use or for experienced users who need to carry out deep and continuous cleaning jobs over large areas.

Thanks to its high flow rate (600 l/h) and a maximum pressure of 150 bar which can be adjusted by means of a pressure gauge, the 630 also offers excellent performance on construction sites and in other areas such as the agriculture, livestock farming and crafts sectors.

Built with top quality materials, this Made in Italy high pressure washer features a silent, durable and reliable induction motor and a triplex pump with ceramic plungers and connecting rod system and brass head.

The machine is fitted with a pressure regulator so that it can be best adapted to every cleaning situation and requirement, as well as a pressure gauge indicating the pressure reached.

One of the distinctive features of the AR Blue Clean 630 is the Dual Pro Appliance System (DPA), which can be used to select two operating modes on the machine:

• Total Stop System: particularly suitable during normal use of the high pressure washer, it immediately stop the machine when the gun trigger is released, resulting in lower energy consumption and less wear and tear on the pump and motor (rotary switch in position “1”);
• By-Pass System, suitable for intensive conditions of use where the high pressure washer is subject to frequent stops and starts or if it is used in harsh environmental conditions (e.g. high temperatures, high humidity, environment with poor air circulation). To select this mode, turn rotary switch to position “2”.

This professional high pressure washer also stands out for being highly versatile. It can in fact be used in 3 different configurations:

• stand alone;
• installed on the trolley kit (purchased separately) for greater manoeuvrability even on rough terrain;
• installed with the wall mounting kit (purchased separately) for convenient use and easy storage.

The design of this machine makes maintenance operations particularly easy. The pump valves are inspectable and the oil drain plug is easily accessible.

The accessories included in the package, to be connected via a professional brass threaded connection, are:

• one 10 m steel-braided reinforced high pressure hose;
• one high pressure trigger gun with safety catch, metal core and swivel connection. By rotating around its own axis, this trigger gun-hose fitting prevents twisting, kinking and excessive bending of the hose, prolonging its life and making work much faster and more efficient;
• one lance with adjustable spray nozzle: by turning the wash nozzle, users can switch from a more powerful, effective cylindrical jet to a gentler fan jet.

The detergent is automatically drawn in and is done through the special tube that is connected to an external container.

The self-priming function allows water to be used directly from a container, such as a tank, without the need for a direct connection to the water supply. To take advantage of this feature, the level difference between the machine’s water inlet and the minimum water level of the tank (head) must not exceed 0.5 m. It is even better if the water level in the tank is at or above the high pressure washer’s water inlet level.
