An oscillating belt system operating at 30 to 50 oscillations per minute helps keep abrasives cleaner, reduces heat buildup, and extends belt life. Variable belt speeds from 1000 to 4200 FPM allow operators to fine-tune performance based on material type and finish requirements.
A large stay-flat work table provides stable support for precise sanding, while the adjustable belt tilt (0–45°) enables accurate angle and edge sanding. The strategically placed 4-inch dust port improves dust extraction efficiency, keeping the workspace cleaner during extended use.
