Why a tumble basket instead of a hand cabinet
The front-facing basket opening is the detail that separates this machine from a plain rotating drum. Parts cascade forward instead of being carried up and dropped, which cuts part-on-part impingement — the difference between a clean finish and dinged edges on anything soft or finished.

This is the largest of the ZERO tumble baskets. Above 35 lbs a batch the line moves to tumble barrels — the BNP 162 at 100 lbs, the BNP 164 at 200 lbs and the BNP 166 at 300 lbs.
