Manual gun option for mixing dispense (MD) valve for 2 component materials supports minimizing maintenance while maximizing production.
Static valve reliably dispenses and mixes a wide range of 2 component sealants and adhesives.
Features
- 1:1 ratio nose handles a wide range of material.
- Carbide hard seats and hardened needles are good for abrasive material and stall against pressure applications.
- Hand held valve with internal air trigger controls the air piston that operates the MD2 valve. A pilot port can be used to control a pump motor.
- Non-adjustable snuff-back control keeps shut-off performance consistent for a clean bead dispense. Maximum flow rate is 25 to 30 cc/s, depending on material viscosity.
- Snuff-back control prevents dripping as it brings material back into the valve until next dispense.
- Hand held pneumatic handle eases manual dispense.
