Manual gun option for mixing dispense (MD) valve for 2 component materials supports minimizing maintenance while maximizing production.
Static valve reliably dispenses and mixes a wide range of 2 component sealants and adhesives.
Features
- Wide ratio valve with center injection tip works well when the low volume material has a much lower viscosity than the high volume material. Frequent cleaning intervals may be required to maintain the tip.
- Carbide hard seats and hardened needles are good for abrasive material and stall against pressure applications.
- Hand held valve with electric switch signals the controller to open and close the ports on the MD2 valve. The process uses a remote four-way air control (not included; must be ordered separately).
- Non-adjustable snuff-back control keeps shut-off performance consistent for a clean bead dispense. Maximum flow rate is 25 to 30 cc/s, depending on material viscosity.
- Snuff-back control prevents dripping as it brings material back into the valve until next dispense.
- Hand held electric handle eases manual dispense.
