Overview
This separator system is engineered to purify your blasting media by actively filtering out debris and dust. As you operate the blast cabinet, the system vacuums the used abrasive into the separator chamber. Waste particles are extracted and sent to a filter bag (or an optional upgraded dust collector), while the newly cleaned media is cycled back into the cabinet for immediate reuse. This continuous recycling process maximizes blasting efficiency, guarantees uniform surface finishes, and is highly effective for stripping paint, rust, and heavy corrosion.
