Clemco Industrial Series 24x42 pressure blast cabinet system (Clemco 32659), configured with a 600 CFM pressure reclaimer and RPH dust collector, set up for non-ferrous media on 230V 3-Phase power with IQ PLC controls.

About this configuration

• 42" wide x 24" deep work chamber, the most compact cabinet option. Ideal for small to medium parts and facilities with limited floor space.
• Approx. Air Consumption: 38 CFM @ 80 PSI, #3 Nozzle Forces media through a pressurized vessel for significantly higher velocity, resulting in 3 to 4 times faster material removal when compared to suction. Best for heavy-duty applications, production environments, and hard-to-remove coatings or scale.
• Aluminum oxide is a sharp, angular abrasive that cuts aggressively and produces a deep anchor profile. Ideal for surface preparation before painting or coating on both ferrous and non-ferrous metals.
• Glass bead is a spherical media that produces a smooth, bright satin finish without removing base material. Used for peening, deburring, and cosmetic finishing where a uniform appearance is required.
• Three-phase industrial power for higher efficiency and motor performance. Required for larger dust collectors and recommended for production environments with heavy daily use.
• In addition to features included in Standard Series cabinets, Every Series IQ Cabinet comes with: -Hydraulic Lift Legs -Timed Reverse Pulse -Digitally controlled, lockable blast pressure -4” Touchscreen with start/stop button and e-stop
