Clemco Industrial Series 36x36 suction blast cabinet system (Clemco 32660), configured with a 300 CFM suction reclaimer and DCU dust collector, set up for non-ferrous media on 115V 1-Phase power with Standard controls.

About this configuration

• Equivalent in size to a BNP 65 & Aerolyte 3636. 36" wide x 36" deep work chamber offering a larger, more square workspace. A versatile mid-size option suitable for a wide range of part sizes and production volumes.
• Approx. Air Consumption: 33 CFM @ 80 PSI, #5 Nozzle Uses a siphon gun that draws media into the air stream via vacuum, offering lower media velocity and gentler action. More economical upfront and easier to operate, ideal for light to medium-duty cleaning and finishing.
• Aluminum oxide is a sharp, angular abrasive that cuts aggressively and produces a deep anchor profile. Ideal for surface preparation before painting or coating on both ferrous and non-ferrous metals.
• Glass bead is a spherical media that produces a smooth, bright satin finish without removing base material. Used for peening, deburring, and cosmetic finishing where a uniform appearance is required.
• Single-phase power suitable for facilities with standard electrical service. Recommended for smaller installations or locations without three-phase power available.
• Basic electronic controls for straightforward on/off blast operation. A reliable option for simple applications that don't require automated process control.
