Clemco Industrial Series 36x36 suction blast cabinet system (Clemco 32672), configured with a 900 CFM suction reclaimer and LPDC reverse-pulse dust collector, set up for steel media on 230V 3-Phase power with IQ PLC controls.

About this configuration

• Equivalent in size to a BNP 65 & Aerolyte 3636. 36" wide x 36" deep work chamber offering a larger, more square workspace. A versatile mid-size option suitable for a wide range of part sizes and production volumes.
• Approx. Air Consumption: 33 CFM @ 80 PSI, #5 Nozzle Uses a siphon gun that draws media into the air stream via vacuum, offering lower media velocity and gentler action. More economical upfront and easier to operate, ideal for light to medium-duty cleaning and finishing.
• Steel and stainless steel grit, shot, and cut wire are highly durable and recyclable, making them the most economical choice for high-volume operations. Best for aggressive cleaning, descaling, and profiling on ferrous metal parts.
• Three-phase industrial power for higher efficiency and motor performance. Required for larger dust collectors and recommended for production environments with heavy daily use.
• In addition to features included in Standard Series cabinets, Every Series IQ Cabinet comes with: -Hydraulic Lift Legs -Timed Reverse Pulse -Digitally controlled, lockable blast pressure -4” Touchscreen with start/stop button and e-stop
