Our pump mounting plate riser is designed to raise the pump, allowing 360-degree airflow from the flywheel to cool the pump oil reservoir. Pump mount risers also allow air to flow under the pump for maximum cooling.
Continuous Run/Dual Control
Dual Control
Dual control allows users to run the unit with automatic start/stop control or the optional continuous run setting during high-duty cycle peak demand periods.
Optional Settings
The optional continuous run setting allows the pump to cool internally and saves the electric motor and magnetic switch from excessive frequent starting and stopping.
Pressure Lube
Pressure Lubrication is a more technically advanced and precise method to deliver oil to critical parts of the pump, resulting in longer pump life. The oil is pumped through an oil filter and into the pump, where it is then recycled and reused. Since the oil pump delivers oil more efficiently, the viscosity of the oil is less critical than with a splash system. In the air compressor industry, upgrading to pressure lubrication systems is typically more costly.

Rotary
All Rotary Screw belt-driven models (5HP – 20HP) include an automatic spring-loaded belt tensioning device, maintaining optimal belt tension.

Operation
A dual timer electric auto drain is designed to expel moisture and water from the air receiver tank.
Interval Setting Feature
This feature allows you to set drain cycles from 1 to 45 minutes and control how long the drain remains open.

Our premium series compressors include an air muffler for quiet water dispersion.
Belt Drive
Our belt-driven compressors use V-belts, allowing for adjustable pump speeds by changing pulley sizes.
