The T32806 ER20 Spring Collet is made to exact specifications using carefully chosen materials.
Providing powerful clamping ability and repeatable accuracy, the ER20 collet is made of precision-ground and hardened stainless steel.
When chucked up in a CNC router, metal lathe, wood lathe, or milling machine that has an ER20 spindle, they can be used for routing, engraving, turning, boring, milling, drilling, and tapping operations.
The 1/16" ER20 Spring Collet squeezes against the tool or workpiece to be held, forming a collar that locks it in place.
The benefit of using the T32806 has five advantages compared to other types of chucks:
Resistance against untightening

Precision centering
