The D4802 Large Bowl Rest helps you safely navigate those larger turning projects by keeping your chisel point-of-contact close to the rest, thus minimizing vibration for smooth cuts.
This offers a huge advantage over straight tool rests for control and accuracy when turning bowls and other projects.
The D4802 is 9-1/2" long x 1-1/4" high, and features an 8" radius and M12-1.75 threads for mounting to tool rest post.
Be sure to pair with a post that matches the threads, length, and diameter your lathe can accommodate.
The D4807 25mm x 8", M12-1.75, D4809 25mm x 6", M12-1.75, and D4811 25mm x 5", M12-1.75 Tool Rest Posts are all available.
Like all Shop Fox wood lathe accessories, the D4802 comes with a 1-year warranty which covers parts and assures the unit is free from factory defects.
