The Udor Zeta-PP 42 VAGR3/4 is a low-pressure 3-cylinder diaphragm pump featuring an anodized aluminum body, polypropylene heads and manifolds, and stainless steel valves. All models come with a standard control valve and pressure gauge. This model is designed with gear reduction for a 3/4" shaft gas engine (4-6.5 HP) and weighs 31.3 lbs. GPM: 10.5 PSI: 300 RPM: 550 Inlet Port: 1-1/4" Hose Barb Outlet Ports - Valve: (2) 1/2" Hose Barb Bypass: 3/4" Hose Barb Greentech Diaphragms Redesigned shape guarantees less cavitation & deformation Greater mechanical strength and flexibility More resistant to temperature variations Chem compatible Greentech diaphragm formulation – engineered for broader chemical compatibility and better temperature stability versus legacy blends. That directly translates to longer life when circulating SH and surfactants. Polypropylene wet-end (heads/manifolds) + stainless-steel valves/liquid parts – these materials are far more corrosion-resistant to hypochlorite than bare aluminum heads, reducing pitting, swelling, and premature seal failure. Softwash-optimized design – ZETA-PP softwash variants pair the chemical-resistant wet end with low-pressure, high-flow diaphragm geometry so you get smooth delivery without surface damage, ideal for SH application and rinsing.
