Description The WIWA series 410.09 is designed for applying epoxy and water-based thick-film materials and mortars, including cement mortar, cement-bound fire protection materials, cement slurry, and filled vinyl esters. Unlike screw pumps, WIWA thick-film pumps can be flushed and cleaned using diluting agents, making them a top choice for transferring epoxy-based materials.
Built with quick-release couplings and minimal components, the unit allows for rapid disassembly, cleaning, and reassembly—significantly reducing downtime on construction sites. The feed funnel is easily removable for swift maintenance. Designed with extra-large flow passages and a slow pumping speed, the pump experiences minimal wear even when transferring large volumes of material.
