Dielectric nylon brackets

General-purpose dielectric brackets for cap-style hats (such as the 400 and 300BW) and full-brim hats (such as the 312 and 312B). Replacement bands for the 300B series are listed as separate parts.

Aluminum brackets

Chemical and heat resistant brackets such as the 110G for cap-style hats and the 112G for full-brim hats. Check the hat model in the description before you order.

Which Bullard visor material do I need: polycarbonate, acetate or Tritan?
Bullard groups its visors by what they resist. Polycarbonate visors are the impact-resistant line, acetate visors are the chemical-resistant line, and Tritan visors are listed as both impact and chemical resistant. Mesh visors are breathable general-purpose screens, and polyester visors are the economy general-purpose option. Choose by the hazard on your job.

Will these visors fit hard hats that are not Bullard?
The flat and molded visors marked multi-fit are made for Bullard brackets and most competitive models. The bracket is what ties the visor to the hat, so match the bracket to the hat model first. The visors marked for Sentinel 2 headgear only will not fit a hard hat bracket.

What is the difference between the dielectric nylon and aluminum brackets?
Bullard lists its nylon brackets as general purpose and dielectric, and its aluminum brackets as chemical and heat resistant. Each bracket description names the hat models it mounts on, such as cap-style S51, S61, S62 and C30, or full-brim S71, C33 and C34.

What comes in a bracket and visor bundle?
A bundle is a bracket with its visor already assembled, for example a 100G bracket with an 840M visor, or a 400W bracket with an 840PX2 visor and a CP2 chincup. It saves ordering the two parts separately.

How are these face shield parts sold?

Which parts fit the Adaptix helmet?
Adaptix has its own mounting bracket, visor bracket, eye protector bracket and arbor kit. They are listed with the Adaptix names, so use those rather than the hard hat brackets.
