A 10-pack containing 40, 60, 80, 100, and 120-grit belts provide a cost-effective solution and ensure you're equipped with the right abrasives for a range of tasks. This assortment caters to various sanding needs, from heavy material removal to fine surface finishing, eliminating the need to buy each grit individually.
It is important to sequence your sanding from a lower number to a higher number without bypassing more than one grit. Doing so may not remove the marks from the rougher grit.
The 2" x 42" size is ideal for use on knife grinders–especially on the Grizzly T32459 Knife-Making Grinder.
Within the belt thickness rating system, the Y-weight backing extremely heavy-duty cloth is used for aggressive sanding removal in heavy-duty applications.
Built to last, the added strength of this backing ensures that the belt stays in place and doesn't wear out too quickly, even with heavy use.
The combination of a robust backing and aggressive abrasive grains makes it suitable for removing material quickly and efficiently.
