Service Notes

• Never use sharp or pointed tools to remove the cylinder sleeve, because of the component rupture hazard. (Graco manual 310894)
• If the sleeve cannot be removed easily, return the sleeve and cylinder to a Graco distributor for removal. (Graco manual 310894)
• Torque the packing nut for pumps 249122, 289590 and 24B322 to 100 ± 5 ft-lb (136 ± 7 N*m). (Graco manual 310894)
