Graco 255478 Ratio Control Valve Assembly for XM Plural-Component Sprayers

Genuine Graco 255478 is the Series B dosing (metering) valve assembly for XM plural-component sprayers. It serves as the hardener and resin dosing valve. It is rated for 7250 psi and for professional use only.

Features

• XM sprayer dosing valve assembly, Series B
• 7250 psi (50 MPa, 500 bar) maximum working pressure
• Normally open by spring; air to close, air assist to open
• Air working pressure 60 to 100 psi
• Rebuild Kit 234131 and Repair Kit 234098 are sold separately
• Valve 245846 is the older Xtreme Mix version and should not be installed on XM sprayers

Service Notes

• Remove plug (31) if the valve will be used on a machine with pressure transducers (Graco manual 313342).
• Inspect the needle and replace it if worn (Graco manual 313342).
• When replacing air cylinder seals, clean all parts and lubricate the seals with lithium grease (Graco manual 313342).
