Genuine Graco 25C962 is a 240V, thermostat-controlled fluid heater for hazardous locations. It is a Viscon HF high-flow, high-pressure heater configured for the XP-hf. Graco manual 3A2954 lists it as a reconfiguration of heater 24W248.

Service Notes

• Make the ground connection to the green ground screw inside the control head. (Graco manual 3A2954)
• For hazardous-location heaters 24W248, 24W612, 25C962 and 26C476, make power connections to the two post bushings in the control head and connect power entry through the 3/4 npt port, following the Hazardous Area Cabling and Conduit Requirements. (Graco manual 3A2954)
