D3642 Steelex 1" Heavy-Duty Forstner Bit with Screw Tip
Forstner bits are known for creating precise, flat-bottom holes at slow speeds.
These 1" bits have tapered screw tips that are adjustable for variable bite that require less downward pressure for cutting.
As a result, the D3642 stays on-line better as the leading screw tip draws the larger bodied multi spur bit into workpiece.
This heavy-duty Forstner bit has a 1/2" hex shank and a black oxide finish.
The D3642 comes with a 1-year warranty which assures the bit is free from factory defects.
