The Graco Ultra Max 695 is a heavy-duty airless sprayer engineered for professional contractors and industrial applicators who demand consistent output across large-scale jobs. Whether you're coating warehouses, applying protective finishes, or running high-volume production schedules, the 695 graco paint sprayer delivers reliable pressure and flow for latex, acrylics, and industrial coatings. This collection provides both the complete Graco 695 airless sprayer units and the replacement parts—pump assemblies, pressure transducers, valve kits, and hose assemblies—that keep your equipment running without costly downtime. Contractors choose the 695 for its proven durability since the Graco Ultimate MX II platform launched, and this parts catalog ensures you can source OEM components quickly when maintenance or repairs are needed.

How to Choose the Right Graco Ultra Max 695 Airless Sprayer & Parts

Verify PSI rating matches your coating viscosity and substrate requirements for optimal atomization.
Confirm pump displacement (cc/rev) determines flow rate capacity for your project timeline.
Check hose diameter and length compatibility with your spray gun and tip configuration.
Ensure replacement parts list aligns with your specific 695 model year or Ultimate MX II variant.
Review pressure transducer specifications if monitoring or automation features are required.
Confirm motor voltage (single-phase vs. three-phase) matches your job-site electrical infrastructure.
Verify OEM part numbers on valve kits and packing seals to avoid compatibility failures.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between Graco 695 and Ultimate MX II 695?

The Ultimate MX II 695 is the current-generation platform featuring improved pressure stability, faster priming cycles via the prime/drain valve system, and enhanced transducer integration. Both share the same pump displacement and PSI range, but MX II units have updated electronics and serviceability. Check your manual's model designation to order compatible parts.

How often should I replace the pump packing and O-rings on a 695?

Manufacturer guidance recommends packing inspection every 500–750 operating hours or annually, whichever comes first. Signs of wear include pressure fluctuation, fluid seepage around the pump rod, or reduced output. The 18B260 packing kit and 117559 O-ring sets are preventive maintenance items; early replacement avoids pump failure and downtime.

Can I use Graco 695 parts on older model sprayers like the 490 or 595?

Partial compatibility exists for shared components (e.g., the 246386 suction hose kit fits 390/395/490/595/695 models), but pump assemblies, valve kits, and transducers are model-specific. Always cross-reference your sprayer's serial number and manual before ordering. Using mismatched parts risks pressure loss or seal failure.

What causes pressure drop on a Graco 695 airless sprayer, and how do I diagnose it?

Pressure loss typically stems from worn pump packing (seal leakage), failed pressure transducer calibration, or blocked suction lines. Check hose connections for leaks first, then inspect the pump rod for fluid weeping. If the transducer shows fluctuating readings, it may need replacement (part 243222). Worn packing requires the 18B260 kit and pump disassembly.

Do I need to replace the entire sprayer if the prime/drain valve fails?

No. The prime/drain valve is a serviceable component; Graco 695 models use the 235014 and 239914 valve kits as bolt-on replacements. Failure symptoms include slow priming, stuck plungers, or inability to purge paint. These kits typically cost a fraction of pump replacement and restore full function within 30 minutes.
