Fixed ratio or variable ratio?

Fixed ratio (PR-X, HFR) is mechanically locked to one mix ratio. It's simpler, more repeatable, and the right answer when you run one material system.

Variable ratio (PR-Xv) lets you change the ratio without changing hardware — worth it if you run several materials with different mix ratios on the same cell.

PR-X / PR-Xv Posi-Ratio

Graco's precision 2K platform for bonding, gasketing, potting, sealing, and thermal management. Standard and custom configurations allow supply-pump feed for high throughput or cartridge feed for micro-dispensing, with direct or remote mounted dispense valves. Frequently asked questions

Why can't I just use two 1K systems?
Because ratio accuracy has to hold shot-to-shot and through pressure changes. A 2K meter mix system mechanically or hydraulically ties the two streams together so the ratio can't drift — two independent pumps will.

Supply pump feed or cartridge feed?
Supply feed is for high throughput from pails and drums. Cartridge feed suits micro-dispensing and low-volume, high-value materials where you don't want a large wetted volume.

Direct or remote mounted dispense valve?
Direct mount gives the shortest possible mixed-material path, which matters with fast-curing chemistry. Remote mount reduces the payload the robot has to carry.
